Oh My God ! I'm Prego

I got my dress, I have not had my alterations and I found out last week that I'm pregnant. I'm due mid August and my wedding Is March 29 2008. I don't know if the dress is going to fit. I got it at Davids Bridal. Does anyone know of anyone who had this problem? Please help!

This happened top a girl I worked with. She didn't want to look pregnant at her wedding and she wanted to fit into her dress so they pushed up the date. Good luck!

you could be fine...it all depends on how much weight you gain.

My MOH is pregnant - 4.5 months now & her dress fits JUST FINE. She is ordering a panel of fabric this week just to be safe...but as of right now - it's FINE!

Give a call to David's - or wherever you're going to be fitted & you'll be okay!

well first of all CONGRATS!
Lots of people don't look too pregnant at 4.5 months, but you just never know. To be on the safe side Is there any way you could move the wedding up a month?

Davids bridal is really awesome, if they are still making the dress, they will let you exchange it for a larger/ amller size.

Congrats! You should be fine with your dress. If you'd be more comfortable, see if you could get an empire waist or a goddess style dress instead, so you won't have to worry too much about the dress -- a flowy gown hides all. Good luck!

i'm preggo too!! other than having one more thing to stress out... u'l be fine. my gf got married at 5 months preg.. u couldn't evne tell
i'l lbe getting married at 13weeks.. u should be fine!!

I paid for my dress already. They did not have to order it. I bought it off the rack. This is also my 3rd pregnancy, I hope I dont show sooner. I'm not trying to hide it either. Everyone knows. I just did not want my money to go down the tubes. I really can't push the daye up either. Its close as is and we have so much going on. NOW THIS!

First, Congratulations!!

You should be fine w/ your dress. Is it big on you at all? If not, you cna see if they can let it out a bit if need be.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!!!
At 4 months most women are still not showing much but look into buying an extra panel or having a corset back put in, just in case

Congratulations!! Don't stress I'm sure they will take great care in making sure your dress fits!! I would have them order some extra fabric now, just in case you need the extra room to be comfortable!!

At 4 months most women are still not showing much but look into buying an extra panel or having a corset back put in, just in case

THE CORSET BACK WOULD BE AWESOME FOR A PERFECT FIT!

well first of all congrats... one of my co-workers is pregnant... and she didnt show until like 4 - 5 months... you should be fine.... dont worry about... just stay healthy...

congrats!!! you probably won't be showing too much.....my sis got married at 5 months prego, she had a full slip, and you couldn't tell at all. My best friend MimiMcG just got married in October, she was 12 weeks exactly on her wedding day and you couldn't tell at all. enjoy this exciting time!!!!

congrats!!!!!!!!! I would bring the dress back to Davids Bridal Explain the situation.. try it on for them.... and then they can estimate if they would be able to 'let it out' if need be by March. i think it will work out fine!
