Though I have my issues with the situation -- generally speaking I am very happy for her!!
It's so funny... because it's only by chance that their gown order hasn't gone through yet!!! Good thing though because now I have to get her a completely different dress!!!! Aaaaahhh!!! What do I do? Do I just pick out a different dress for her or change all the dresses??? She'll be about 6 mos by the time of the wedding and she's never had any kids before.
I am in such shock right now....

Oh hell no, girl. Dont go changing all the dresses on the behalf of one. Just find her a preggo bridesmaid dress in the same color and call it a day!!! Sorry, but I would have issues with that too.........

this happened to a friend of mine - I think she was able to find a maternity version of the BM dress.
Otherwise, I would keep the dresses you already picked out, and get a different dress for your pregnant BM.

Don't change the dresses!!!! Just change hers. Call your dress shop and ask for advice as to how to handle this, and have them suggest a dress that compliments the other girls dresses.

dont change hers or the dresses...talk to the bridal store....sometimes for prego BMs they can add on material to the front of the dress so that it works for someone prego

dont change the dress!!! see if they can order her a plus size and then take it in to how much she needs. usually with the first you dont get to big... at 6 months i still wasnt really wearing maternity cloths... just large or xl regular stuff.

I have two pregnant bridesmaids. One will be 8 months and one will be 9 months at the time of the wedding. The 9 months ordered a maternity dress and the 8 months ordered a really big dress and will have it altered.

Ummmm.... somehow I don't see this dress working on ANY pregnant lady!!!!
definitly not. get the same color different dress!! lol keep the other girls the same and let her pick something she will feel comfortable in incase she gets bigger then expected

hey it mite work....the last bridal party i was in...there was a prego grl...4 mos but she looked like she was 6+ months...a and this is the dress we had to wear, and she never got hers altered...belly fit rite in...2 piece as well

ooo i just got an idea! How about if she orders a larger size, and then takes it to a seamstress to turn the top into a maternity wear.....her top may not have those lines on it...but close enuff

If she's thin and won't be that pregnant at the time of the wedding, she cna get awya with the same dres sin a alrger size. For ym cousins' wedding her BM was 6 mos preggers, but she's a skinny girl, so they just ordered her a muhc bigger dress and ahd it altered!

Dont change th dress, just the size or the dress place can put in a panel. I'm telling u, it must be a wedding thing but my sis is going to be 6 mos prego too and two of my bridesmaids are trying to get prego.

That happened to me only two of the bridesmaids got pregnant. They both dropped out because they would be too far along to be comfortable in their dresses.
