I am fairly new to this site, and don't know everyone, but I feel bad for someone who got married today. I am still on a quest to find the perfect place for our wedding reception (is there such a thing?), anyhow, I was walking into Jericho Terrace when a car pulled in and 3 guys in tuxes got out. At first I thought, part of a bridal party. Then they walked in and told the receptionist they were there for so-and-so's wedding. The girl looked at the schedule and said there was no wedding with that name. She asked if it might be the FLORAL Terrace, when the guy (with an accent) hands her the Jericho Terrace's direction card. I don't know what happened after that b/c I was with the Banquet Mgr, but when I was leaving the guys and the car were gone. That is scary. Some poor bride's vendor got the wrong place and or the wrong date! Wow!

That stinks!!!
I was going to meet with a Banquet Manager at another hall and I heard the bride hysterical crying and yelling outside as I passed to enter and she was yelling 'I am gonna sue them! I am gonna sue them for everything they have!' Apparently they had double booked and her and all of her guests were outside waiting to enter while there was another wedding beginning the Cocktail Hour. This poor bride and her guests had no reception I assume. Needless to say, I never entered and never inquired on that hall. That is by far, the worst thing that can happen.
They only have one room so it wasn't like they could accommodate her. I felt so bad!!!
