I just called Burtons, they are totally booked for this year. OMG I can't believe it.

yeah they book up quickly. They are the only LI volume-priced florist I know...

how far off is your budget from the quotes you get? Maybe the LIW brides can help you brainstorm some cost-cutting measures....

Damn I wish I would have know that about Burton. I did not know and I waited to long to look into flowers due to classes Im taking. Im about 500 off. I may have to up my budget at this point.

Try Flower Michele. John is awsome to work with and even when you think your budget is too low to work with, John finds a way! He did for me!

Ditto for Flower Michele. John is awesome! What Pedestals said they could do for $4500-$5000, John did for under $3000. He really is wonderful!

try simply elegant... just as reasonalbe as burtons.. in fact for us their quote was less!!!

i believe it!! i tried booking them in sept 06 for my august 07 wedding they were booked on my day.
i ended going to east meadow florist- ask for chris hes super sweet and patient. his number is 516-794-0020

I would love to hear from anyone who is planning on making their own bouquets and where they are ordering their bulk flowers from.
