Oh NO!! Mistake on Invitation...

Ladies-

I just picked up my invitations from Kate's in NYC...they are beautiful letterpress invitations but when I got them back to my office I realized there is a mistake on the response card. Instead of Westhampton Beach it says Westhampton. I don't have my proof here but I'm sure I apparoved it with the wrong town. Should I get all 125 response card reprinted ($$$) or just live with it? Will I be the only one who notices????

I don't think that would make much of a difference. I know I wouldn't be able to tell. I wouldn't worry about it : ).

Do you have direction cards with correct address? If so, then I wouldn't worry about it.

I'd say if the direction cards have the correct town, then no biggie. Otherwise if you have people looking up directions on the internet, they're going to have a problem since they're 2 seperate towns.

I live out here and I dont even distinguish between Westhampton and Westhampton Beach... its all Westhampton. Dont worry about it!!!

depending on the amount to have it redone...and Kate's may make a deal with you (their cost) to redo it...that happened when I put the wrong date on my STD magnets!!!

but I don't think anyone would notice the difference btw Westhampton and Westhampton Beach...at least its not the wrong date...or a misspelling!!

I agree with yabbobay....at leats it is NOT misspelled. I would live with it.

I dont think that is a huge deal and I bet people don't even notice it. Like other people said...as long as it is right on the direction card you are good to go!

I had a spelling mistake on my response card (that I approved, I had accomodation instead of accommodation). I decided after long agonizing that I would send them anyway (make sure you did approve it wrong though-since if you didn't they'll reprint them for free). No one will notice, honest, and if they do they'll think it was the printer not you.
