You can definately grow them back in 66 days!
Keep them filed (no rough edges to tempt you to bit) and polished.

I have pretty weak nails, so what my mom taught me was to soak my nails in 1 cup milk with ice, and then right after that soak in a jello mixture before you refrigerate it, I usually use lemon so it doesn't stain. The gelatin helps harden. Good Luck....

I heard prenatal vitamins work really well. They are good for hair and nails.

any kind of multiviatmin (go for the ones with folic acid) will help...mine are growing like wildfire!

typing a lot will help too... anything that will increase circulation to the hands/fingers.

I use something called Maximum Nail Hardner, and for me - it works wonders.

But why oh why did you bite all your nails off? Are you getting nervous?

Don't bite you can grow them back in that amt of time.

Sally Hansen products are the best for growing out nails. Hard as Nails is a good product in her line.

I think eating geletin helps too.
