so i have family that 'had' to be invited because i fthey got wind that others were invited and they werent, it would cause a family uproar.
so on my guestlist i had a column for estimated people...and i marked who i thought were definites...well a couple that i had marked as no responded YES. ughh...worst part is now i know his brother and wife and mother will come toooooo....thats 5 people that i thought were nooooo's that will be yes's

oh no! thats what i am dreading too! fmil keeps adding people and saying but don't worry they won't come anyway. our list is getting huge! i really hope she's right about the ppl she said wont come

UGHHHHHHHHH I am so terrified of that happening!!! Hopefully it will even itself out (but not at the expense of some guests that you REALLY want to come that will say no)!!!
