I'm not an Oheka bride but my friend spent only $6,500 on all flowers for her Okeha wedding last June. She worked with Pedestals.
She had all high CPs and approx. 20 tables.

I am not getting married there either but I would say somewhere between 8k-10k would be a healthy number. But that also depends on what you want.
