Oil Companies

We signed a contract w/ a fuel company in mid-October. The day of our closing at the end of Sept. the prior owners oil company filled the tank. We're running low on oil from that last fill up in Sept so I called the new company to find out when delivery will be. The girl tells me it is scheduled this week but there was one on Nov 22nd. Well I told her 'NO, there'wasn't' and she continued to argue with me. To make a long story short, they had the wrong address number & delivered to the people down the block...not my problem! They told me yesterday that the fuel would be delivered today (Thurs). Yes, it was delived...and in the mailbox FH found an invoice for todays fill-up & the 111 gallons they delivered to our neighbors!!!! How do you like that!!!??? They think we're paying for their mistake!! I don't think so...there's going to be a fight tomorrow when I call these people back!!
