Re: Oily skin
I have SUPER oily skin
I don't wear makeup really, just concealer if I get a pimple and lip gloss. But, as far as facial washes and stuff, I use a really harsh face wash with menthol, which helps. I also use oil free clinique lotion on my face, and I don't put any lotion on my forehead b/c it is the most oily. I keep the blotting tissues in my purse. I also keep those little face wash cloths that you can run under water and make soapy in my desk at work and if I feel extra greasy I give my face a quick wash at lunchtime.

Re: Oily skin
I'm very oily... I know how annoying it is but be happy b/c i've heard we will get less wrinkles than if we had dry skin!
I always carry blotting papers and use them once a day. But every time I use the bathroom I take a piece of toilet paper and blot my face with a thin sheet... that really helps. I learned that from my makeup artist from my wedding (Mia) and it's a great tip.
As for your wedding day, I recommend getting airbrush makeup. It stayed on all night and I didn't look oily at all... used maybe two blotting papers the whole day/night.
ETA: I don't wear makeup so sorry I can't help with that.

Re: Oily skin
Compact Anti-Shine by smashbox is absolutely amazing, also Cosmedicine Medi-Matte Oil Control Spray is unbelievable. You can spray it on even OVER your makeup...this might be more of what your looking for since it wont effect ur makeup at all....you can only get it at sephora stores...cosmedicine also has an entire line of washes, lotions and such. For your wedding day DEFINETLY do airbrush...it stays put all day and u dont have to worry about getting oily(i would still HIGHLY reccomend the the spray though just in case! it works pretty much instantly.) Bare Escentuals also makes a translucent powder called I.D. Mineral Veil...another GREAT buy - i use it for photo shoots to just dust over face & body.....wherever!

lol I was going to reply to your thread but looks like camacho said most of what I wanted to say. That's one thing I'm so scared of, that I'm going to look oily for my wedding, any makeup that I wear (even if it's supposed to make you matte) I end up shining right through it..
