I have been to like 10 venues, I think I need to stop before I go nuts. I am down to my top 3 that I am going to do food tasting and bring the rents too if possible. So any input reviews etc on these three would really help. Especially if you went with the inclusive packages and had commentary on the vendors etc.

been to wedding at both arianna never been but i vote windows. nice place for pics outside! the food is good too!!!
med manor great package and the food is to die for!!! and plenty of it too! the only thing i dont like about it is there is no where on the property forpics.
if i had to choose between the 2 i would say windows!

My cousin got married at Mediterranean Manor. The place and the food were nice and I believe they got a great deal. The only thing I disliked was they tried to shove too many chairs per table at cocktail hr. HTH!

I know you said you didnt want to look anywhere else but if you liked windows I would check out Sunset Harbour. Theyre the same type of venue- right on the water. And their package is sooo much cheaper. They dont do all inclusive but it might be worth it. FH and I havent even hit the 20k mark yet and were having 130 guests. As far as my opinions on the others, ive never been to ariana, windows and med manor we looked at. I felt like for the money that they were charging, they were wayyy to pushy and they could have offered a little more. At windows they had the room set up with chair covers and when I asked the BM if that was included in their price, he basically laughed at me. Not professional at all. PS Sunset included the chair covers at no cost. HTH!

you know i totally for some reason didnt even thing of sunset .. my niece had her sweet 16 there and it was great the food and service were awesome! the boat dock is right there great for pics. the house dj which would be absolute entertainmaent was fantastic and her photographer was really good too!! defiantly go check it out

Never been to Ariana or Windows, but went to a Wedding at Mediterranean Manor and had a great time. Enjoyed the food and service was good. Cocktail hour was a little crowded, but it was a huge wedding.

ITA. for a sat night, my venue was only 10-20pp more and just a world of difference. I found them overpriced and underwhelming

Yea my problem is more budget related. I'm in love with windows but for what they offer it's a lot more pricey than med manor. When I went to meet with the guy he didn't seem to want to budge/negotiate on the price. I'm going back to both this sat hoping he'll budge!

We met with windows on the lake and hated the guy we met with. He was rushing us and didn't want to answer our questions. It was awful!

if you really liked windows please trust me and go check out sunset. you wont regret it. the place is beautiful and the price is WAYYY cheaper for more stuff. im a budget bride too and i was able to get a lot more for my buck at sunset. fm if you have any specific questions.

Windows on the Lake is soo pretty! I would also reccomend checking out Sunset Harbor like one of the other girls said. My FSIL had her wedding there and it was AMAZING!
