I had half a can of tomato bisque soup from campbell's - had the other half for lunch with a half a grilled cheese sandwich. had some crackers in between. I was very hungry. Just had a good humor low far ice cream sandwich for dessert, very good!!! And only had like 3 grams of fat, maybe not even that much?

May I recommend something for you, since you mention that you are both dieting and starving? Lean Cuisines and Healthy Choices really aren't that healthy. In fact, the sodium and carbs alone are worse than some meals you can get out somewhere!!!! I was floored when I found that out and NEVER bought them again! To think, you eat the tiny portions they give you, walk away hungry and unhappy, meanwhile they aren't good for you!

You are better off searching the web for healthy recipes that you can use fresh veggies and herbs for, have much bigger portions and even make extra for leftovers. There are TONS of healthy, diet things you can do with chicken and now whole wheat pasta. There are many soup and side dish recipes too....just a friendly side-note since my mom is dieting and shows me all of this stuff lol

You raise an excellent point. I don't believe in diets, I believe in eating healthy well balanced varieties of food. Diets were made to be broken

the first few days of a diet are the worsssssst. i WAS SO HUNGRY AND IRRITABLE!!! but after that u'll get used to it and you'll be so pleased with the results you'll be excited to come up with creative healthy meals.

Hi Melody!!!!! How are you? Yea, it's hard! If I could stick to good eating habits, but I love chocolate, cream filled doughnuts, and pasta !! Mary MOB

you can still have what you love without completely giving up what you love...dark chocolare in moderation is good for you. You can try wholegrain pasta in light sauce or a little ollive oil w sauteed garlic... the doughnuts...hmmm don't know that i could come up with something there...

for breakfast I've been having 1 fried egg (egg whites are better but 1 egg yolk won't kill you) on an english muffin (I'm switching to whole wheat) with laughing cow light swiss cheese spread and some OJ, sugar free jello or natural apple sauce is good too
