ok girls... help ME PLEASE

I want to try and do my enveoples, I tried it out on
paper it looks like it will be set perfectly..
but do I write it

Mr and Mrs
or
Mr & Mrs

is there a wrong way ?

proper etiquette says that there should not be any abbreviations on invitations and envelope addresses (except for Mr., Mrs., etc.)

So I would say go with 'Mr. and Mrs.'
