Ok Girls, lets hear stories how your fiance proposed!!!!

Proposed to be while putting up the Christmas tree, Hung my ring up like it was an ornament and I found it there and turned around and he was down on one knee.

I woke up the day after presidents day last year and fh was still home..this is weird because he is usually at work when i get up. He asked me if I believed in the tooth fairy. I told him to shut up cuz I wanted to go back to bed. He kept asking and i said yeah when I was a kid. He asked 'wouldnt it be cool if there was a ring fairy?' I should have thought to check under my pillow, but instead I said yeah that would be cool. And tired to go back to bed. He told me to check, just to see. I checked and there was the box....

it was cute cuz we were in bed relaxing, one of our fave places to hang

yeah i think so

i won't go into full detail but i walked into my room and there he was down on one knee, rose petals everywhere.......red and pink balloons everywhere......candles lit.....and a bottle of wine.....i love him

On a suprise vacation to Cape Cod, he proposed on Martha's Vineyard at East Chop Lighthouse.

He put the ring on my pointer finger! LOL!!!!

I LOVE TELLING THIS STORY!!!!!!

Ok, I'm calm.

FH and I LOVE Pancho's in Bethpage. Anyone who has been there knows they give you brown paper tablecloths and crayons - which we always use to play 'Hangman' while we wait for our food to arrive.

He propose in a Hangman puzzle. It said 'Would you do me the honor of being my wife'.

Now, I knew FH was going to propose. It was our 4 year anniversary and he'd been acting weirer than normal. So, as soon as we sit down, I mean the second we sit down, he starts writing the puzzle. I regularly kick butt in this game, and immediately know what it was but played along because I knew he had it all planned out.

But, he was so nervous he kept putting letters in the wrong spot, and he almost spilled sangria all over me.

So, finally, I can't play along anymore, but you know, I'm hungry, and dinner hasn't come yet, and we haven't even had the sangria yet so I'm like 'wait, NO!'. I meant 'wait you can't ask me yet because we haven't eaten'. And he knew what I meant and just places the most gorgeous ring in the world on the table in front of me.

I am literally speechless, I know I should say something, but I am speechless, and he grabs my right hand to put the ring on, and I pull it away because it's the wrong hand and he gives me this look like 'what, don't you want the ring'. So I sputter out 'wrong hand', and he puts it on my left hand, and I'm just looking at it crying.

So, he is still sitting across the table and I'm like 'wait, come over here'.....

So, we wrapped up all the food and gave the pitcher of sangria to the table next to us (who wanted to pay for it but we said no) and went to show out parents and family. Best of all - we still have the piece of brown paper he wrote the hangman puzzle on.

FH and I were on a cruise second day it was beautiful out!! I say that bc it was raining the first day,....We were at sea so EVERYONE on the ship was outside. I was called down to the stage by the pool by the event coordintator....
He started asking me questions like who I was on the trip with... So I named FH ( i was there with FBIL, his gf, and another couple) but i only said FH. He then called FI up to the stage. Hen he told me he loved me and wanted to spens his life with me.. then got down on his knee in front of everyone and asked me to may him.... I started screaming yes! then they began to play 'I got you babe' He even organized to have the film crew there so the whole thing was filmed and on DVD for us to take home!!!

It was amazing but I looked like **** bc I was trying to hole back the tears but I could care less it was PERFECT!!!

I got engaged on December 5th tooo....
