Im not sure of the place we ordered apples like that from but they were AMAZING!!!! I know they had wedding ones that looked just like those. They have large ones that are a decent size, they would definitely be fine for favors.

I was thinking of mini pumpkins to attach the placecard to OR attaching them to pine cones..... you think it is overboard with the fall theme?

What about if you had a bakery or someone you know who likes to bake makes you cookies shaped like leaves or apples for the favors?

Candy apples, caramel apples, maple syrup in leaf shaped bottles, anything pumpkin, chocolates that I are leaf or pumpkin shaped. I saw soaps that were leaf shaped in a box with a ribbon that said 'Fall in Love'
