ok Guest # for shuttles

Ok, we are inviting 164.

I will imagine that about 130 will come.

I figured that if we got a shuttle for 55 people from the hotel and back, we would be ok.

FH doesn't think that is enough.....should we add another 24 passenger vehicle?

What is your reservation cut off date? I would wait or put feelers out there to your guests. I have been doing that just to get an idea.

We are booking ours based on how many people booked rooms. So we aren't doing that until later in April.

No, all of our guests aren't staying at the hotel.

But, of the 130 estimate, I'd say 70 percent are OOT. At the same time, I highly doubt that 100 guests will stay at our hotel and take the shuttle. But to be safe, we could book 2 vehicles for 55 + 24 and reserve it for 79. That might be safer- I just don't want to wait too long

I would maybe try and feel your guests out about wanting to use the shuttle. You don't want to put a deposit down on another bus and not need it and then you are out the deposit.

Yeah- to me, we should book the 55 now and if we need to add in 2 months, then we can add.

FH is making me second guess this trhought

I agree. Even though a lot of our guests our OOT I've been discovering that a bunch of them know people on LI that they are thinking about staying this so that may change the number that will be at the hotel.

that is exactly what I would do. Definitely hold off on the second bus for now.
