Oh please....no such thing as an addiction. Just complete an utter dependence on the boards but I wouldn't call it addiction....

My FH said that I must've been really sick on Sat b/c I was only on 10 hrs instead of 20-I can't help it I am addicted (at leat I admit it!)

Put the mouse down, and slowly (yes slowly) walk away from the computer. It may be hard, but you have reached the first stage in the process...Admitting that you are addicted. Unfortunately, no one knows what to do after that stage.
