OK I finally did it....Started my own business

Some of you may remember that I was working as a Event Coordinator but that the job was relocated and I didn't follow (to Albany, no way!). I've been on so many interviews I've lost count. Finally FH said I should just start my own event planning business and really push for it. So I did. I bought my very own website, ordered all new business cards, got new graphics software, stocked up on office supples, and had my friend design a magnet sign for my car.

And guess what? I booked 2 clients already!!! One wedding at Vanderbilt Mansion next year and a bridal shower in May!!!!!!!!!!!

I am bartending on the side so I'm still making great money, but I just need to get myself out there more!! I hope this actually takes off and I can make a real business out of it!!!
