I have never read book #2, but I will say book #1 explained sooooo much to me. They should teach us this stuff before we are TTC!

I never heard of the 2nd one either. But, I did read the 1st cover to cover and I know it will be useful for you too!

I read the first one cover to cover and was pregnant within a month...........

I glanced at it and thought it looked way too detailed to bother reading and decided to wing it the old fashioned way. We were fortunate enough to conceive right away. I suppose I would have changed my tune if we were trying for awhile. I'm sure it is helpful if so many people are recommending it. Best wishes.
