And my BM dresses are gold-ish ( I think these are the ones I like the best as an example),
Then what friggin flowers am I going to get. I really would like white flowers, but with some color. Our linens and everything basically are white, then all of the accents are going to be gold, the favors, the bows on the chair covers, the place cars are little gold hearts, etc...so what could I use as a gold accent?
i like those peach colors witht he dress in that picture....not really peach...a deeper color.... you couldgo with all white or cream flowers and then put gold accents in the bouquets.....like in the tops of the steephanotis how they put those little heads....you could do gold ones maybe. i dont' know...im not good with colors....that's what tom is around for!

I don't really want color. Is that weird? haha. I just think that the mansion speaks for itself and does not need any distractions from it. I just don't want color. I always envisioned myself with deep purple flowers and bright red BM dresses, but now that it's all coming together, I want the opposite! I want understated colors and tones. I like the idea of the gold beady thingies in the stephanotis, thanks!

i understand completely about the no color thing....that mansion is beautiful and it does not need anything added. and the BM's dresses you posted are understanted and elegant and beautiful..... i think you could go with white and ivory maybe and it would be amazing!!!

Honestly...I would do a very bright or vibrant, strong color....if you want to make a statement...I think burgundy would go great with the white/off white and gold! But so would a bright pink, or a purple....

You could do a mix of whites & creams for the bm & all white for you.
