Ok. I need help.

All of this wedding planning has been wonderful for me, except ONE thing. FAVORS

I found a favor that I LOVED, but of course it's discontinued and I cannot get enough of them.

So please........SHOW ME YOUR FAVORS!

dont have them yet ,but we're doing wine
still debating whether i should bother w/tulle or if they will just have tags
or waht size

No not really. I just want something that's at least semi-practical that people won't just throw in a drawer or closet.

we also had a hard time picking favors. i wasn't the problem, FH didn't like anything i picked. he thought everything was either, useless, too expensive, stupid, or something everyone has some place in their home.

also don't get frustrated with the prices. find something you like & then google it, you will find so many deals.

these are our favors. the little boxes with be filled with Jordan Almonds.



these are salt & pepper shakers. we feel that everyone can use these. if they choose not to use them their boxed so nicely that maybe they can just be displayed.

we don't pick our favors for the wedding in the greek tradition, our 'koumbari' do.......

for our eparty though I did a platter!! would you like a picture? not sure how big (size wise) you were looking to go but these boxes are really big and annoying LOL

there is a bunch of stuff on there thats really practical, IMO. We felt that bowls or platters or dividers would be something people would get a lot of use out of, especially since both of our families are huge on cooking and entertaining!! Hope this helps!

This was the original thing I fell in love with. It's a cheeseboard and knife set:



They discontinued this one and replaced it with one with a calla lily on it....there are NO calla lilies in my wedding at all, so it really doesn't 'go.' They also have one with a wine motif, but I'm not head over heels with it.

Thanks, I've been checking out this site and there are a few things that might peak my interest. But FH is being stupid and doesn't like any of them

I think you have to stop worrying about what people will like/use. You can't worry about it because you will drive urself crazy.

Find something you like and go with it.

I get what you're saying, but I don't like anything that people won't use. Basically, I don't want to buy anything for my guests that I wouldn't want for myself. That's just how I am.
