Ok I need to ask again...should I send out the 'B' list

We have like a top tier 'B' list and a bottom tier...the top are 8 people we need to cut initially and then bottom are other people who are extra if needed...

Should I send out the first 8 from the 'B' list??

I know you are all sick of hearing about this but I am getting stressed that people are going to be away and everything during the summer...causing us not to make the minimum

So far we have 83 coming and 11 nos

send them out! the worst that happens is that you go over your minimum... and at that point most people cover their plate, so it isnt costing you too much more...

I have nos from people I thought would be coming and there are still more that I know will not come

We just sent everything out at once. Our room only holds 240 - so we are taking a big chance. So far we only have 12 no's. Just send them all - how many are on your B list?

I would send them... You alreday have 11 no's so that counter acts the 8 ppl you want to add.

I have the same dilemma except I have 83 yesses and 1 NO...

I would send them... I am going to send them next week, after I, hopefully, get another no.

it depends. i want people to say no (i know that sounds horrible) but our list is much higher than expected. if u meet ur minimum and dont wnat to invite the b list dont, if they are people that u want there then do it.

i'm in the minority here, so i say wait. i know you are missing rsvp's, but give it time. dont rush and then have too many people - no such thing really, but you know what i mean

I think I am going to send the 8 this week....I was tallying who we have and who I know is coming like close family and friends (and have not sent in RSVPs) and its only 120ish...the others may come but I cannot count them for sure ...so I am going send the first 'B' list tier
