ok i need to know how many brides did the same thing i did?
when it was time to put on the rings... can you guess... i put it on the wrong finger... am i the only ditz here? his mom was saying in the back round wrong finger.. but then said it was his fault cause he handed me the wrong hand to begin with!

Don't feel bad, the same thing happened at my FBIL's wedding. You hear on their video people saying , the other hand, but they were just so caught up in the moment they didn't realize it until they walked out of the church.

gmnst- is that your FH asking you at someones wedding!!! That is so cool. I keep trying to talk my FH best friend and best man into asking his Girlfriend at our wedding thats awesome.

Yeah, We went to a wedding on his birthday, so I had no clue that was going to happen. He actually had been planning with the bride and groom for me to catch the boo-k and for him to catch the garter. Now when I look at the picture, which we have tons of, I can see everyone stepping back when the bride threw the boo-k, but because at the time his SIL made me stand in front I had no clue. So after that the DJ gave him the mic and he congratulated the bride and groom and announced it was his birthday and then said, 'This just so happens to be my girlfriend of seven years, who I love more than anyone in the world. Then as if my face wasn't red enough he got down on one knee in front of 150 people and proposed. It was great, and I even have it on video ( they told the videographer b4 hand) and I am going to put it in my wedding video.

lol i did trhe same thing. you think the priest would have tipped me off lol so in the video you see this happening and him changing fingers lol.

when my cousin got married she made sure the boo-k was thrown at me and my boyfriend at the time now husband tryed to catch it but a lil kid came sliding in at the last minute and caught it. on my cousins video you see him paying the kid 20 bucks to get the garter from him lol. he now tells people it was the best 20 bucks he ever spent lol. the funnier thing is that he left his wallet at home and was holding my money lol so i actually bought the garter lol you know he never did pay me back
