AMEN!!!!! I am not even 'there' yet (invites aren't out) but I KNOW this is going to happen. I made it crystal clear to FH that I do NOT want verbal responses!!! Yes, that means his mother too!

my mother and i have a bet going on as to who wont send the card in, who will hand it to me and who will just tell me they're coming....

If someone tries to hand me their response I'm just going to drop it in the mail and wait for it at home, I'm not going to waste that stamp! And if they send an email, I'll respond back to please send it thru the mail. It's not like they can reuse the stamp! I know it's only 39 cents but this has always urked me!!

I hear ya!
The RSVP date was Saturday and 1/3rd of them are missing. I know the response of half of that but I still don't know about 21 people.

Sounds like me and my mom I must say, the hand delivery method is definitely amusing, especially since there is a stamp right on top.

I already know this will happen to me, either that or I will have a bunch of people who I will have to chase down and call.

If my landlord who lives upstairs from me can mail the damn RSVP, you can too!!!
