OK, Im a little pissed......

So I mentioned the other day someone purchased all the towels off of my registry wOO. Well it got delivered yesterday and one of the items was missing (they enclosed a packing slip so I knew what was supposed to be in the box). So I call customer service immediately and explained the item wasnt delivered. So she said she would contact the Warehouse and call me back.

Fast forward to now, I didnt get a response. And I dont think its fair to make someone to continue to wait. Us brides have enough on our minds then to worry about their shipping screw ups.

So the rep tells me today that it has only been 24 hours since the warehouse was notified and I have to continue to wait. (and might I add she is rude!) So I got snippy. I said listen, if you arent going to send me the merchandise that was paid for I will contact the person who sent this to me and tell them to dispute the charges on their credit card!

And now I have been on hold for 15 minutes.............

Put a note on the refrigerator to call tomorrow...

i have had a few issues with gifts being delivered too and they have been pretty good about them...for example, someone purchased a pizza stone for us and even though the packing slip said a pizza stone, they delivered a frying pan that wasn't even on my registry and it was $75 less than the pizza stone...i went to the store and they exchanged it right away...

so, don't worry...
