o.k. Im desperate - Im getting married in 10 days and

have no idea where to take pics

We are all coming from Patchogue and heading to CLM in Lindenhurst. We would like something along the way. We dont have much time.

PLEASE HELP. The park or whatever needs to open at 9:00! Bayard Arboretum opens at 10:00 for those who dont know.

Any ideas??? Belmolnt Heckshere?

Try Argyle lake in Babylon. Lost of people take pics there.

My photographer didnt like it. He said you can only get a few shots there. But we may end up there anyway. Do they open at 9 do you know?

Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale/Great River is beautiful! I think there is a fee, so you should call and check.

What about the marinas in Amityville or Linderherst? Belmont State park? Robert Moses or Captree?

Yes, but Nick didnt want us to come until 10 and the people will probably start showing at 11! One hour is not enough. We want to get most out of the way. My photographer said he needs at least 2 hours.

Does Robert Moses and Captree have trees or is it just beach? Im afraid if we have a day like today Im going to be out for the count and sunburned before my day even starts.

on another thread about beach themes, some girls who are getting married, got married at CLM were taking about taking pictures at a beach called venetian shores, like 10 minutes away from CLM...I don't know how to post a link to a thread.....

Belmont is huge and they have a pond as well.

Belmont state park is beautiful. Its exit 38 of the southern state pkwy.

I live on Belmont Park & it is gorgeous..i am not sure if you need a permit though to take pics there.

I saw pic's taken at the Fire Island Lighthouse @Robert Moses and the pic's were BEAUTIFUL! THe photographer had the bridal party lined up around the deck with views of the beach in the background.

ask your photographer for suggestions, they usually have a bunch they use regularly! GL!

We are going to Argyle Lake it is not what I originally wanted but we have to because we don't have much time either.

Arglye Lake does not close I don't thin you will have a probelm going there at 9AM.
