That I am blind as a bat! Going to get glasses so that no one needs to fear for their lives on the roads anymore! This is a big day for me. I've been denying my need for specs for a good 4 years now....so yes, I am standing tall today to say : Hi, My name is Rachel, and I am a blind person in denial.

I too used to be a blind person on the roads. Just wait until you SEE what you have been missing. You will actually be able to read the street signs

glasses are not so bad, you can get contacts too I switch back and forth
