Ok - Im officially here!
I have to get this weight off by this summer.
1. I hate the way I look and I am sure the extra weitght is causing my back pain
2. You wouldn't believe the dress my cousin picked for her bridesmaids. I actually like it but wouldnt have bought because its definately a 'who is she kidding trying to wear that dress' kind of dress for me.
So here we go - off to the salad bar for lunch. Grilled Chicken and veggies. Maybe some fruit.
