Ok I'm on a program kick

What do you think of this for the back of the program:

For your convenience, a hospitality hour has been arranged at Super's Cafe in the Four Points Sheraton beginning at 4:30pm. Please feel free to join the parents of the bride and groom for some refreshments.

I'm not DIYing them.......someone wonderful is doing them for me

I like it- but the only thing it will be longer than an hour right so if you put 'hospitality hour' they may think its only till 5:30

FIL's are paying for sodas, coffee, and I think some cookie platters.

We agreed no alcohol, unless people want to buy a drink for themselves, because we don't want them showing up to the CH drunk already. And I didn't really want too much food either, because there's going to be TONS of food at the RH.

It's mainly just someplace that people can go relax and sit down for a while, especially if they didn't book a hotel room and/or don't live in the area.

like someone said in a previous thread, do you want to say 'coffee and sweets' instead of refreshments so people don't think there will be more free alcohol (like they need more??)?

I don't think I need to necessarily specify. Soda and water also counts as refreshments Actually, when I think of a refreshment I don't think of alcohol, lol.

Btw, I LOVE how each and everyone one of us has 1 day when we are stuck on one aspect of our wedding. (Today it's bm dresses in case you couldn't tell lol)

LOL I don't either, but people are insane!!!
