ok ladie.. i need help..

i need to pick some wedding colors.. seriously.. i have bounced from blue and silver.. to coral and green, to burgandy and gold.. to red and silver.. i have NO IDEA what colors to use..

my wedding is 2/16/08. two days after valentines day.. if that helps anyone with suggestions.. i am just NOT a visual person so it's hard for me to pick this stuff..


any suggestions? any help..

I'm doing mostly black and white.

Any interest in doing a Valentine's Day theme? Then you can do red and black, or red and pink.

IMO, you should stick to dark colors because it's winter, just a thought.

thanks ladies!! here's something else though.. i don't want dark colors!! lol. and somewhere (can't remember where i been reading FOREVER bout this stuff) that u should consider u'r room colors in picking u'r wedding colors? oh geesh.. they said if not u'll clash with u'r room????

so today my colors are pink and silver.. later on today i may go back to blue and silver.. sky blue and silver.. ugh!!! i also like cranberry and gold.. a lot.. and tht would match the room but would it be too dark?

maybe suntan gold.. with pink and blue tints.. or cranberry and blue tints....

It would definitely help if you used your room. My room has gold and burgundy on the tablecloths, and a wooden floor, and white walls. I think I'll be safe with black and white.

You don't have to use dark colors though!

Where are you getting married?

crest hollow in the plaza room. i keep reviewing the dvd looking at the room which is why i came to burgandy and gold.. but there are hints of pink in the room..

and i'm thinking if the room has dark colors i should use light colors to spuce it up! which is how i got to pink and silver.. but blue wouldn't fit in there.. so maybe i do pink and silver with touches of green thats in teh rug.. i think i need to make a quick stop by crest hollow today..

Okay, the only advice I have, is that I might not mix silver and gold.

What about a lighter red/purple color to bring out the burguny, and stick with gold? Or, pink and gold? I think if there is gold in the room, you should stick with gold. I dunno, just my opinion!

You could just keep it neutral with a latte or champaigne for the BM- you could do champaigne with cranberry or pink?? That would lighten it up.

I gave up on matching my room to the girls dresses. Mine is dark wood with ivory in the room and I am doing tiffany blue dresses, but keeping the table CPs ivory and pink. Worst case scenario- they will stand out.

You could keep the room neutral and go with any color for the BM, but tie it together with similar color flowers..lol now I'm confusing myself- haha

You wil find something. Visit the room again like you said. It will refresh your memeory.

you talked about cranberry and gold and then pink alot so why not cranberry, pink and gold
