Ok ladies.. all hands on deck

We had our engagement pictures rescheduled for this Thursday. We were originally supposed to have them on the beach. Can you guys give me some other amazing picture locations to take our pictures since I don't think it will be warm enough for the beach? Thanks so much everyone!

We took ours at Brookwood Hall in East Islip (pics in album) and they came out really nice. Small park with a lake and old buildings. Our other option was Northport Harbor, but we both hate boats so it would've been weird lol. It would definitely be a great alternative to the beach. Still on the water, adorable park and old town with original trolley tracks and everything.

We did ours at Montauk! It was actually this time last year, and it was during that heat wave. Hot as ever since we were dressed for fall (tights, flannel, boots) ... but it was perfect! Pics in my album!

I would also suggest Northport or even Port Jeff. Arygle Park in Babylon Village is also a popular spot. If you have your heart set on beach, maybe try going to a small town beach like around Lindenhurst/Babylon just so you can quickly run back to the car/someplace warm instead of a longer trekk lol. My fiance and I are probably going to do ours in Northport, like someone else mentioned the park is really nice, there's a dock area, and the town is very quaint. Have fun!!

We did ours at Northport harbor and they came out great. You have the dock, the gazebo, and all of Main Street. We got water pics, park pics, street pics...etc. Highly recommend!

I don't think it'll be too cold for the beach! Why don't you do a park (like Gardiners in Bay Shore) that had the park feel but also a beach at the end.

Could try Sunken Meadow where you can do beach shots and also there are a lot of beautiful nature spots in the trails. You don't have to go very far if you look at the 5K loop trail at field 3, right near the parking lot are two beautiful bridges with pretty views. I have some photos from hiking I did there last weekend, I can email them to you if you want.

Also the arboretum in Oakdale (I think that's where it is) is very pretty. My sister took her wedding photos there and there were other groups doing the same that day last year. In November it was so pretty with the fall colors around.

I did mine at Argyle even though I hate those water stairs since it's in every picture from there. I let my photographer know I hated them and he gave me gorgeous photos without showing them. I have some in my album.
