So the cake I want I have to pay for the upgrades and Im not sure I want to do that. I have until the week before the wedding to decide.

That stinks you have to pay for an upgrade .Can you maybe have them only put the ribbon around the tiers like how you wanted it and forget the floral design so you won't have to pay for the upgrade?

This what I was thinking but then its real plain. So I was thinking of going with my second choice. Which is this one
