Ok... My mom is driving me crazy!!!

My mom and sister were supposed to take pictures of the church and the Hamlet for me so I can see what they look like since I live in North Carolina. Anyway, I talked to my mom and they went and took pictures of both of them and a different reception place. The Holbrook Country Club. My sister went to a wedding there and said it's nice and the food was great. Well, it's 60pp and they said they probably wouldn't give us a minimum # of people if we give them an exact #. And the food selection is better and they offer more of it. I'm waiting to get the pictures. This is so crazy. I am definitely getting stressed out now. I'll let you know about what we decide to do.

This is getting way too much. Make an appointment to see all of the halls during the holidays. If you lose the Hamlet then it was not meant to be. I have been to a wedding at the Holbrook CC a few years ago and it was really nice. $60pp is a great price too. That will definately save you a ton of money. I think you are also a bit lucky that your Mom is trying to help you so much.. At least your Mom is helping. There are lots of girls who have families who could care less about their plans. Take a deep breath and just make the appointments. Tell you family that you need a weekend without wedding plans and go see a movie, shop, go out to eat, do anything but think about the wedding.
