I need to finish printing my place cards and my menus for my wedding and my printer won't print. I tried the fax on it and the copier on it, and that's all working, but it's not receiving data from the computer, and everything is hooked up AND the default is set correctly. SOMEONE HELP ME!

love your avatar quote. okay, is all of your stuff saved? save everything. go into the printer folder usually at the bottom right corner. you should see the little printer icon and right click that. go to open folder and clear the printing jobs. then turn off the printer and try again. make sure again that all cordes are connected. relax and breathe. i understand the frustration with printers and this is the only thing i can think of. good luck!

Wanna laugh? All I had to do was unplug the printer and plug it back in, and guess who saved the day? Yes, ironically, the MOTHER OF THE BRIDE THAT IS FOR SALE!
