Hey Date Twin. Our deadline was Saturday. So Monday night we started contacting people from the 3rd list, we had a ridiculous amount of no responses. We didn't even bother contacting those who did not send a response, they had more than a month to respond, so their loss.
I know this is bad & tacky, but my Mom and FMIL started calling last minute people to fill seats asking them about their RSVP cards. Obviosuly they didn't get an invite so they blamed it on the mail and luckily everyone said yes they would love to come so they filled our seats to make minimum.

I agree. I would start calling everyone who hasn't responded yet and then start inviting others, possibly this weekend.
You should get definite knows before you start inviting others. You don't want people just showing up the day of, even though they didn't send back the RSVP, because they assumed you knew they were coming...at least that is what my family would do.
