I ordered a CD from Amazon.com called 'The Ultimate Wedding Album'. It was $14.99 and it has a wide selection of songs for a Catholic Mass. You can even sample some of the songs on Amazon. Here is a list of the songs on it:
1. Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring - Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra
2. Sheep May Safely Graze - Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra
3. Air on the G String from Suite No. 3 in D - Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra
4. Largo from Zerxes - Stephen Cleobury
5. Air from the Water Music - Academy of St. Martin in the Fields
6. Bridal Chorus from 'Lohengrin' - Stephen Cleobury
7. Trumpet Voluntary (The Prince of Denmark's March) - Peter Hurford
8. Arrival of the Queen of Sheba from 'Solomon' - Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra
9. Canon in D - Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra
10. Ave Maria - National Philharmonic Orchestra
11. Panis Angelicus - National Philharmonic Orchestra
12. Ave Maria - National Philharmonic Orchestra
13. Because - Placido Domingo
14. One Hand, One Heart [From West Side Story] - José Carreras
15. Be My Love - José Carreras
16. Hornpipe in D [From the Water Music] - Stephen Cleobury
17. Toccata from Symphony No. 5 - Stephen Cleobury
18. Trumpet Tune and Air - Peter Hurford

Diana - I just had my musci planning session at my church last night! They gave us 4 choices for processional: Bridal Chorus - Wagner (this is 'Here Comes the Bride') Trumpet Voluntary - Purcell (This is what Princess Diana came down the aisle to...very fitting for you ) Canon in B aka Pachelbel's Canon - Pachelbel Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring (Bach? - Beautiful)
And for Recessional they gave us these choices: Wedding March from Midsummer Night's Dream - Mendelsohn (this is the traditional one that everyone recognizes) Ode to Joy - Beethoven Allegro Maestoso - Handel Rondeau - Mouret (this is Masterpiece Theatre)
You can hear snippets of them by going to Amazon.com and entering the song named under Classical Music search and clicking. Or you can listen to them on any of the D/L websites like Kazaa and Morpheus etc. Good luck!

Re: Ok need ideas for catholic wedding entrance hyms or marches
I met with the organist at my church last Saturday and he gave examples of the different songs. Procession I choose Canon in D (better if children are in the wedding, less 'overwhelming' with the organ pipes), Bridal Chorus for me and dad, and leaving with the Wedding March. Playing Ava Maria at the Candle Lighting.

I'm doing the exact same as sanmik! We had to fit Ave Maria in there somehow for our Italian heriatges!

I have to say, hearing the music in the church makes it so 'official'. Had tears in my eyes the whole time.

I'm using Midsummer Nights Dream by Mendelssohn. My church also recommended Nuptial March by Jan Nieland, and Allegro Maestoso by G.F. Handel
