Sorry but I'm like going through my guest list again today to make sure everything is perfect LOL
So we a friend that we are inviting that is going to be getting married the month before us but by that time our invites for our wedding would have already gone out.
Now when I said out the invite, do I address it to her with her Maiden Name or with her soon to be married name? Since by the time our wedding rolls around it will be her married name.
For the seating chart at our wedding I am going to list her and her husband as Mr. and Mrs. John Doe.

Re: Ok now another invite question...
Are you sure she is changing her name? If you are, I think I would still do the invite to her maiden name, and the seating chart with her married name

yeah I guess I will find out if she plans on changing her name (which I am pretty sure that she is). I'll do the invite to her maiden and put the married on the chart
Thanks!

Re: Ok now another invite question...
So when she gets the invite she wont be married yet right?
On mine for those people I am putting Future Mr. & Mrs.. and the name
I did it for the E-party invites and they LOVED IT!

i have a situation like this too and i was thinking of going with her maiden name or 'the future Mr & Mrs ____' (but FH will prob veto that bc he'll think its 'cheesy')

Ehhh I don't think I'm going to go the 'future' route. It is a cute idea but I would do that more for someone I am really close with - We aren't extremely close with this couple.

Thats a really cute idea!!! I agree that it works better for couples youre very close with, but I do have a bridesmaid who is getting married the month after me....
