Emeril's was good but waaaay overpriced!
There is a Chinese Resturant right outside of Universal, right across from the convention center I believe that is really awesome - great food - cannot remember the name to save my life though SORRY!

Ive been to Orlando a bunch of times and have yet to have a really good meal. I havent eaten at Emerils and Ive heard good things so maybe try that one. I think most places are tourist traps so they dont need to be that good since there isnt much repeat business.
But Universal is so much fun, it wont matter

I can recommend The Palm restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando. A little pricey but very good food, IMO.
Its not exactly AT Universal, but the Hard Rock is one of the hotels within close proximity to Universal.
IN Universal I don't believe I ate anywhere decent, esp. for the Motown Cafe at Citywalk (which was just 'OK') IN the parks I mostly sustain myself on junk food during the day!
