So we paid off the hall on sat 9/16 thinking we are done with that and today we get a call from his aunt...She stats that her son, who is in the wedding party can only pick up his tux the night of the RD. So i brushed that off then she calls my FH again and mentions that her son's Girlfriend is coming. Which is INSANE cuz #1 we paid off the hall and #2 we invited him and guest and he replied just himself. JUDGEMENT call ladies, I may be able to send the hall a check for this 1 person, should we???????????????????????

I'd say let her come but don't pay for her until after...the hall will always let you pay for more but any bride will tell you they usually get at least one no show and end up eating the cost...this could be your accidental way to cover yourself should this happen to you...

There maybe 1 aunt that may not be there b.c of her illness, his parents (my FH's) said they will pay for the girlfriend if my aunt comes. So i guess we shall wait it out....This is causing me so much stomach pain. Cuz the moment you think its done there is always some BS that comes along......

Wait til that night! But put someone in charge of letting the RH know to add a seat at table x if she does show that day. You will probably have no shows. We had 4 no shows.
