invitations!! Im so mad i went this route. They are SO unwedding-like and I wish i could re-do them. I still have time but I already paid close to $400 for the ones i have and the thought of wasting that is ridiculous.
I feel like I f-ed up and im so upset. Thi sis my wedding and now i actually HATE something that I wanted!!!

If you absolutely hate them, no turning back, then I say toss them and get new ones that you like. I know it seeems like a wats eof a couple hundred bucks but if it is going to upset you then I think it is worth it to fix it

I am not crazy about my invites either. I wanted something simple and now I think they are too simple. Well, we we celebrate our 20 year anniversary, I won't remember what kind of invites I had. Or will I?

I am so sorry that you hate them, what do you hate about them?? Do you have pics, probably ask someone else what they think, show it to them... I know that it is your day, probably the mood you was in. Try looking at them tomorrow and see.. trying to help..

Didn't you post a pic a while back? If I remember correctly, I loved them! What exactly do you hate?
Honestly, I think since we look at our own invites everyday we get sick of them and then see some other ideas that we might want. But your guests will open them for the first time and will LOVE them.

Oh no! Did they not turn out the way you had planned? Is there something you can do to them so you will like them more, like add a bow or tie some vellum around the outside?

My opinion is not to waste the $$$. We're all going to laugh at ourselves and obessions next year when we all have post-wedding depression.
From what I saw, they're not only really nice, but really different, and that is what you wanted. Come to my house - I'm one of those people that actually save wedding invites - I'll show you what ugly really is!

i wouldnt worry about it. what do they look like?
if it was your dress or something else that you hated, then i would say go out and get another one, or do something with your dress.
what dont you like about them. is there something you could do as a DIY to change it? for example, a ribbon tied around it or something?

i'm in the same boat. i wanted classy and elegant yet simple and chic. now i think they are too simple and not chic enough! but the thought of having to spend another $500 is making FH and I insane. However, i'm currrently having some Church 'drama' that may cause me to have to redo my invites. so in the back of my mind i'm thinking 'wait a minute, is this God's way of giving me permission to get new invites???' I'm a sick person, I know...
