Ok so im totally in love with this dress and i need help....

I came across her wedding dress, Portia di rossi's ...and i am completely in LOVE with her dress. I have not come across one that looks like it.. I know her dress was custom made by Zac Posen, but i want something pretty similar minus the pink tulle, which would be white or off white...

Another thing, if i brought it into someone to have it made, would it cost an arm and a leg? thanks ladiesss!
