I know, but it would be cuter if they both were in bridal dresses

I guess I don't understand why this is so weird or shocking. One of my friends is having a lesbian wedding a month from today and are treating it just as much like a wedding as I am mine. In fact, my friend and I have swapped numerous bride/wedding stress stories. Oh, and both she and her fiancee are wearing wedding dresses...she said they made David's Bridal VERY happy with all the $$ they were spending there.

I also know 2 women getting married in September. As long as they are happy is what matters

Oh no, nothing weird about it! I just thought it was cool that you could find such things on e-bay!
I have a friend who is marrying her life partner in HI and actually sent the link to her - she's the one who came up with the 'I've now seen everything on e-bay' line.

Those marriages are not real. But I guess if the market is out there, people will sell the stuff.

Shamma it is real in Hawaii and in vegas. I dont know about the other states, but hawaii and vegas do honor same sex marriages.

Yup. whatever makes people happy.
A very good friend of mine had a teacher who was gay. Her and the teacher became close when her dad passed away.
His partner and this man are the most wonderful people I've ever met. They are so in love and they even have weddng rings.
It makes them happy and they are happy to have each other.
So I agree to each his own and do whatever makes you happy

we pick cake toppers to symbolize the kind of people we are or what you like. (ie Kim Anderson, Precious Moments,k the Bride choking the Groom, B & G on a motorcycle) - so there is now something out there for everyone!

I say if you love someone enough to want to spend your life with them, and they will honor you by becoming your life partner - no matter what sex you are - I say God bless 'em and God love 'em.
