But the maitre'd is supposed to get more than $150??? right?? and the bridal attendant?? $2-3 pp is like $500 for the maitre'd... for the amount of people we are having....

I would not tip photographer or DJ IF they own the company... if there are several photographers or DJs and bands under one company, then it's appropriate to tip. if they own the company, then you dont' need to tip beacuse they're gettign all your money anyway.
Limo drivers you don't always have to tip because a 20% gratuity is often already added to the bill.... but hey, i'm sure if they do a great job, they'll take it!
