Ok, this is weird...

Most people I spoke to have received their invite (mailed Thurs at 8am...hand cancel)...even some from out of state. Some who live in the same house as others who have received their invite have not recieved theirs...and they are local. I told people to wait until the end of the week. How long should I really wait? Has anyone had invites lost in the mail?

I would give it a week. The same thing happened w/ my E-Party invites. I wanted to scream. Some showed up eventually and others never rcvd them. My friends live in the same house and one got them and the other didn't. Needless to say I am extremely concerned for the day I send my invites for the wedding. Sorry

Give it a week. We mailed inivtes on a Saturday and OOT guests in VA and MD had them by Monday. People in Manhattan did not get them for over a week

I only know since a group of friend (MD & NYC) were e-mailing that Tuesday and one mentioned her invite. Others thought they they did not make our list

If anyone calls to inquire, just tell them they were mailed.

We had one invite come back but it was because my dad had the wrong zip code for his friend.

One of my invites never made it to its destination - the address was correct and the weird thing is, the duplicate I sent after I heard didn't make it either... very weird. One got sent back to me too, and again was correct, so I just hand delivered that one.

Sometimes mail gets held up. I sent out a book someone ordered from me on amazon... I have never had anything not get there within three days. It took three weeks. I won't worry though if it is local.
