Its when the pin your dress up in the back when you have a long train...so after the ceremony, during the reception you dont have the long train.

The only stupid question is the one not asked! That's my philosophy! U should hear the things I ask on a daily basis at work. But if I don't ask, ill never know, then ill reeeeaally look stupid!
