This is SO embarassing but who else can I ask...

What kind of condoms does anybody use, or used in the past? We need to use them for a month until the mini pill kicks in, and let's just say I am about 11 years out of practice on this!

when we used to use them, we always used trojans.. but the blue ones..

I must have looked like the perfect picture of the woman that is doing everything she can to make sure she doesn't get knocked up again!!!

I didn't know what to get..I ended up with some kind of Extra Sensitive or something - I don't know..I felt like such a geek. But there are variety packs? Hm...I'll have to go back and look for that option....

LOL yes.. at those risque shops they do.. from glow in the dark to ones with spikes and bumps and ridges like Jennbaby likes it! lol

just look for the spermicide count and although the thin ones are really good, you don't want something that will easily rip.. I know that the sheepskin were almost like the bare, real thing...

SPIKES! Oh my word...I don't think this 10 year old relationship can handle THAT! I don't think our 'parts' would recognize each other if we brought SPIKES into the picture!!!!

condoms? what are those things again????? I can't imagine going back to using condoms!
But I guess you have to do what you have to!

You should really buy several different kinds experiment a little and let us know which ones are better. Because I think many of us will be in the same situation you are in noW.

Did you get any lubrication (KY, astroglide)? To continue on the TMI path- we always need lubrication when we use condoms, even if we use the lubricated ones. I would imagine especially after healing from childbirth a little extra lube might make the whole experience more enjoyable. Better safe than sorry

a friend of ours told us that at the x-rated store, he found condoms that had a 'numbing agent' on them since he seems to finish early....his GF said sometimes she's so bored she's reading a magazine while he keeps going!! He didn't say who made them, but they were in a grey package.

can you just use a spermicidal suppository? I guess a condom is most effective, though.

It feel better to say say this to all of you. I hope u all do not think I am a geek. Is there a real difference of using a condom and not using one... that is what does it feels like without one....... ( Sorry if tmi, I need to know!)

To answer your question -IMO, sex without a condom is SOOOOOOOOO much better. Not only in the physical sense, but mentally as well- the both of you are coming together (no pun intended) completely without any barriers between you. Again my opinion.
