i just got a coupon in the mail for weight watchers. it says Free registration pay only the low weekly fee of $12! save up to $18

and another coupon that says Ultimate Moneysaver! 10 weeks for only $95 dollars! save up to $43!

I want tot go back to weight watchers but i dont have the motivation! i need the motivation.

I lost 3.5lbs my first week on WW. It was hard sticking to it (especially on the weekends), but it paid off!!!!

I've been on WW 3 times already. The first 2 times were great. And the last time I went to one meeting and stopped. It so much more fun doing it with a friend. I'm just going to try to do it by myself since I know eveything to do already..

My first week I only lost 1.6 pounds but I also got my period so I am sure I was retaining water. Hey its still 1.6 pounds!!!

My mom and I are joining this weekend hopefully...I have all the books and stuff since I have been on and off for about 3 years.

It really does work...and I heard on the Radio that WW is the most sensible diet plan out there.

We should have a weight watchers thread...is that possible???

THe caramel bars are really good too...if you put them in the fridge, they taste like milky ways (just use your imagination) I also bought the mint but have not tried them yet. I heard they taste like thin mints!
