ok what would u rather...

so im debating on what to get for my bms....i could do the tote n all that stuff that would total 110 bucks or i could pay for them to get the makeup done that day.....if u were my bm what would u rather have....tia girls

I would rather have the make-up done for the day. The less the BM's have to lay out the better in my eyes.

I'd rather have the makeup sitch taken care of. If theres a tote i want, I'd buy it myself...kWIM?

id rather have the totes.. JMO - I think alot of BMs wont look at it as a gift, something they will be able to hold on to.. KWIM?

If you are requiring them to have their makeup done, they I would want the makeup. If not, then I think either one is fine. HTH!

If they are the types of girls that would like to have their make-up done I would do this withmaybe something little for them to hold on to, like maybe a picture frame to put a pic of them and you from the wedding. You could give them a nice card at the rd and write in it that after all they have done for you you would like to do something for them. Just an idea! HTH!

well im not requiring anyone to get it done but all the girls want to..im still on the fence..i have 8 girls so doing both is just not something i can afford...i know the make up is not a present per say but its one less thing they would have to pay for...i dont know..i gotta think bout this one

What about an inexpensive tote like a goft card holder and make a gifty for the make-up personallly id appreciate the make-up more especially since I would be in so many professional photos

I remember a few of the brides last year giving their girls 'gift certificates' for half the amt. of the makeup and then giving them something else really small. Maybe you could do that and then you are saving them some money but then also giving them something they can keep without breaking the bank!

I know I am the minority here but I would probably rather the tote. I would prefer something that I can keep as a memory instead of something that I will wash off my face at the end of the night but that's just how I am.
