Ok.. you're never going to believe this (9/11 related)....long sorry
Ok.. so you all know I was directly effected my 9/11.. was there, was hurt.. and so forth. So I took that day off.. and today.
I went out to have lunch with my FH to sorta break up the day because I didn't turn on the TV set or go to cnn.com.
So I was listening to the radioin the car..(PS: Stuck in the Moment by U2 is NOT a wise choice). FH and I had lunch, I went to Target (starting crying when the radio played American Pie by McLean).. when I came back out.. I look for my car like I always do.. the little American Flag. Went to Barnes & Noble and parked to go inside and read. Hours later FH comes to say it's time to go home.. No biggie right.. so I go home.. but the radio's acting funny.. so real clear reception. werid...but oh well, right?
Today..same routine.. left to meet FH for lunch.. reception was still bad.. so I reached out my window to feel for my antenae.. ....
It's GONE!!! The whole dam*ned thing!!! Flag, antenae.. everything.. GONE.
Later I stopped to take a good look.. Not for nothing.. but it seems someone clipped it off. I HOPE it just snapped off.. but the coincidence of my American Flag to go missing (along with my antenea) on 9/11?????
This antenea slides back in so I don't think it would snap off.. it normally slides down instead. It's right above my door and slides into that space next to the windsheild at an angle.
