okay so i have 8 girls that are getting their make up done.... i feel like they are going to say why would we get our make up done so arly for an evening wedding????
i feel bad...will it sstay on all day??? is this normal?

That does seem early to me. I have oily skin and I don't think I would be that 'fresh' looking if I was wearing makeup all day beofre the wedding.....JMO

Completely normal! I started my hair at 8:00am. Didn't get married until 5:00pm. We did pics before the ceremony - had 6 girls get hair/makeup. We were ready by 1:30pm.

Yes, I am having the same issue. I did not realize how early all the getting ready has to start! My makeup lady is coming to my house at about 9:30 to have us all ready by noon so we can be ready for the photographer

I am doing that time for a 4pm wedding. But my girls are only getting hair. My sister and I are getting makeup and I only have 5 bm's me and my mom. SO maybe it's not soo early.

Then I def. don't think that's too early! Your going to get interrupted with all kinds of questions from everyone - personal flower delivery - limo people... etc. It's better to be early than to be running late!

i nee dto be ready by 3 pm even a little earlier for pics i have 7 BM's and my mom and I we are getting our hair done at a salon and make up at home by Jacqueline Nicole!!!(she is the best!!!) only one person is doing make up

wow. I have a 7pm wedding too, and my hair girl wants to start at 10am (I have 7 girls getting their hair done) and I thought that was early!
I wouldn't be doing my makeup until close to noon. I'm still not sure about that. I'd like to do it later.

We did the same thing and took pictures at 1:00. A few people complained...but there was nothing I could do about it...it all worked out fine...everyone was done and ready in time. It is a long day, but people should understand that ahead of time...when they accept your invitation into the BP

Explain that because there are 8 of them plus you (and anyone else?) that it will take a while for everyone to get done, so that's why you have to start early.
Plus don't forget, the photographer will come early, plus getting to where you need to go. All this takes time.
Better to have the time, then cutting it short.
The makeup will last all day/night. Our makeup was started at 9am, for a 3.30p wedding. When I was finally back in our hotel suite at 2am, it was still almost perfect (just a little smudging under my eyes, which I think was my fault because after the wedding while we sat at the bar, I think I rubbed my eyes a couple of times).
